you've never done a shot like that? I've got 100's of drunk pics of myself and friends in that manner.
 

I know the type of shot you're talking about, and I've got a few of myself like that.
But in these pics they're too far away from the camera. When you do a self pic with the cam like that you end up with a tight close-up.
These shots are all too long. The only way you could get that much subject matter from that close would be with a fish-eye lens, but there's not distortion.
On top of that, for some of them you can tell that there's no way that the model's hand is even going towards the camera.
Lastly, and the framing is too professional to be self shot.

The women may be fine, but the photography is not their own.
 

yep after a bit more inspection they're not holding the camera. sorry. didn't pay enough attention.

I've been looking through them trying to find a reflection of the photographer.
