garv if u dont mind, its time for a history lesson, during the usa civil war, in 1863 virginia seperated into 2 states, virginia and west virginia...and i am so glad i live in west virginia right now and i have no laws against that!
 

I wouldn't normally post on a subject like this, but I have to say Virginia was way out of line to even entertain a bill like that. It's silly and ignorant. Thank goodness their State Senate had the good sense to strike it down!

I've been a long-time fan of the whale-tail and a Virginian for years. It is the undeniable & inherent right of a person to express their Freedom of Speech through fashion. It is a disheartening day to see the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution that I swore to protect w/ my life is being questioned & jeopardized by some moronic politician! well i dont think many people want to be seeing someones ass(unless they are skinny girls). before long people will be wearing their pants down to their knees if they havent alrdy, so i think virginia did right with that law. besides, how picture how it would feel if old people were behind you starring at your ass.
